Key Responsibilities
Lead debt raise processes including financial packaging, lender discussions, and closures.
Develop detailed financial models, feasibility studies, and investment analyses.
Support structuring of financing solutions aligned to project and client needs.
Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial partners.
Monitor covenants, utilization schedules, and compliance requirements.
Prepare presentations, business cases, and funding documentation for leadership.
Evaluate financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills
CA or MBA (Finance) with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Robust exposure to project finance, structured funding, or infrastructure advisory.
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a dynamic workplace.
Solid stakeholder management and execution focus.
