Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
Assist in building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
Application Screening:
Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
Coordinate Recruitment Processes:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Assist in managing the logistics of recruitment events and job fairs.
Client Interaction:
Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements.




Communicate with clients to gather job specifications and feedback.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency's database.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of candidate and client information.

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with solid attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced setting.
Need to have your own laptop and Wifi connection.
