Pediatrician (MD / DNB / DCH – Pediatrics)

Location: Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Pay scale: 1.5L to 2L monthly.

About the Role

Miraculous Atriwal Hospital is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and preventive healthcare while delivering a patient- and family-centered experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric illnesses, infections, and developmental conditions.
- Conduct routine health check-ups, growth and developmental assessments, and preventive screenings.
- Monitor the health and progress of newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.
- Administer and recommend immunizations as per national vaccination guidelines.
- Manage pediatric emergencies and provide timely medical intervention when required.
- Educate parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, growth, hygiene, vaccinations, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Adhere to the highest standards of clinical ethics, patient safety, and quality healthcare practices.





Required Qualifications

- MD / DNB / DCH in Pediatrics from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the respective State Medical Council.
- Strong clinical knowledge in pediatric medicine and child healthcare.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Preferred

- Previous experience in a hospital or pediatric care setting is preferred; however, qualified fresh postgraduates are encouraged to apply.
- A commitment to continuous learning, evidence-based practice, and compassionate patient care.

Compensation

Salary is negotiable and will be based on qualifications, experience, and overall profile.
