Responsibilities

- Guide and counsel patients on treatment plans, with a primary focus on financial aspects as advised by the consulting doctor.

- - Clearly explain the cost structure involved throughout the IVF treatment journey.

- - Ensure proper documentation of financial counselling, including obtaining signed acknowledgements from patients.

- - Act as a single point of contact for patients recommended for IVF treatment.

- - Support patients across the entire lifecycle-from initial counselling to treatment initiation and completion.

- - Build trust and maintain solid patient relationships through continuous engagement.

- - Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with patients to encourage continuity of care.

- - Schedule appointments and provide reminders at least one day prior to patient visits.

- - Track and update patient visit status regularly.





- - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient consultations, counselling sessions, and treatment decisions.

- - Record patient feedback and follow-up outcomes systematically.

- - Prepare periodic reports on patient engagement and follow-up status.

- - Work closely with doctors and internal teams to ensure effective patient handholding and engagement.

Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year Experience in IVF Industry

- Good Communication Skills
