Role Overview

As a Package Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors Talent Management, you will lead the architecture, configuration, and end-to-end delivery of complex Compensation and Variable Pay solutions. Operating from Bangalore in a hybrid mode (2nd shift), you will translate global enterprise compensation requirements into robust technical designs, leading workshops, configuring complex business rules, and driving multi-country deployments.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Configuration: Build and maintain Compensation templates, salary planning structures, budget allocations, guidelines, route maps, eligibility rules, planner permissions, lookup tables, and proration rules.
- Cycle & Process Execution: Configure annual merit, promotion, bonus planning, and off-cycle compensation cycles, including XML template updates, MDF objects, and Business Rules.
- End-to-End Implementation: Drive requirement gathering workshops, design sessions, test case creation, SIT/UAT support, defect management, Go-Live, hypercare, and post-production sustainment.
- Data & Analytics Management: Oversee compensation data imports, exports, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of compensation statement generations.
- Stakeholder Management:



Collaborate with global enterprise clients to convert complex business logic into scalable SAP SuccessFactors architecture.

Required Qualifications

- Certification & Experience: SAP SuccessFactors Certified in Compensation and Variable Pay with 5+ years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience and at least 3 end-to-end full life-cycle implementations.
- Technical Mastery: Proven expertise in XML template configuration, MDF objects, permission structures, and global/multi-country compensation deployments.
- Soft Skills: Superior written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred Skill: Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
