You must understand
SEO fundamentals (on-page + technical basics)
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
AIO (AI-driven search & content optimization)




How AI search is changing organic traffic behavior

This role is execution-focused. We are not hiring theory-only marketers.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research (manual + AI-assisted)
Optimize content for featured snippets & AI results
Structure content for AI-based discovery engines
Improve indexing, internal linking & page structure
Monitor rankings, impressions & CTR
Use AI tools to cluster, plan & optimize content

Mandatory Skills
1–2 years real SEO execution
Experience with Google Search Console & GA4
Practical understanding of AEO / AI search evolution
Robust analytical mindset
Daily usage of AI tools for marketing execution
