Responsibilities:
Audit employee and payroll data for accuracy and compliance
Prepare reports and recommend improvements

Requirements:
2+ years of HR auditing or HR compliance experience
Solid English communication and Excel/Google Sheets skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Experience with international or remote teams preferred
