Perform manual and automated testing for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or other Salesforce-based e-commerce solutions.
Design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality and functionality.
Utilize automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or WebDriverIO to build and maintain automation frameworks.
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, and Swagger.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure testing coverage aligns with requirements.
Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
Write and maintain test automation scripts using Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Use test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr,



or TestRail for defect tracking and test reporting.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.

Requirements:
Solid understanding of manual and automation testing methodologies.
Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) testing.
Familiarity with Agile development processes and continuous integration.
