: Sales Executive – Hospitality

Location: Work From Home (WFH) with Quarterly Team Meetups

Experience: 2–3 years (Sales – B2B & B2C)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Executive who can handle both inbound and outbound sales with a focus on closing deals through cold calling and lead engagement. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and possesses real sales experience—not just customer service exposure.

This role comes with a rapid-track career path to a Sales Lead position within 6 months, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct inside sales via cold calls and follow-ups on inbound leads.

· Pitch The Glampies’ offerings to both B2C customers and B2B clients (corporates, event planners, etc.).

· Travel within Bangalore and Tumkur regions for B2B sales meetings (occasional).

· Meet monthly targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.





· Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements

Requirements:

· 2–3 years of proven sales experience (B2B and B2C).

· Fluency in Kannada and Hindi is mandatory.

· Robust persuasion and closing skills.

· Experience in the hospitality domain is a plus.

· Willingness to travel locally for B2B outreach.

· Male candidates preferred due to travel requirements.

· Must be available for quarterly in-person team meetings (1 week every 3 months; non-negotiable).
