Role & responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to promote the company's services.

Build rapport and maintain engaging conversations to understand customer needs.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Update and manage customer information in CRM systems.

Handle objections and convert leads through persuasive communication and sales strategies.

Collaborate with the team to improve processes and meet organisational goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Prior tele sales, BPO, or customer service experience preferred.

Freshers with strong English proficiency and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Robust listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with a positive, target-driven attitude.
