Role Description The Organisation Psychology & Research Intern is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with a blend of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support the design and administration of psychological and organizational assessments, assist in conducting surveys and interviews, and help collect and organize quantitative and qualitative data. Daily tasks include literature reviews, preparing research summaries, drafting reports and presentations, and contributing to insights on employee productivity, engagement, and workplace culture.





The intern will collaborate with consultants on client projects, help translate research findings into practical recommendations, and participate in internal meetings, documentation, and project coordination. The role offers hands-on learning in organizational psychology, human behavior at work, and evidence-based consulting practices.

Qualifications

- Academic background in Psychology, Organizational/Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; current graduate student or recent graduate preferred.
- Solid research skills, including literature review, data collection, and basic data analysis (quantitative and qualitative).
- Ability to design or support surveys and assessments, with interest in psychometrics and organizational diagnostics.
- Competence in written communication, report writing, and creating clear presentations and summaries for diverse audiences.
- Comfort with productivity and data tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; basic familiarity with statistical or survey tools is an advantage).
- Demonstrated attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
- Interest in workplace behavior, employee engagement, leadership, and organizational development, with a learning-oriented mindset.
- Professional conduct, respect for confidentiality, and the ability to manage time and multiple tasks effectively.
