As an Oracle Finance Functional - Senior Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Oracle Financials, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills and qualified networks to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.

You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system, managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, validate outcomes with clients, and act on client feedback. Your ability to navigate complexity and demonstrate composure in challenging situations will contribute to the success of our firm, as you deepen your skills and evolve your expertise to stay relevant in the industry.

Responsibilities

- Leading the configuration, implementation,



and maintenance of Oracle Financials to optimize financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management
- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives
- Managing stakeholder expectations and fostering relationships with business leaders to address financial system challenges
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of finance transformation initiatives using Oracle Financials
- Utilizing skills in financial reporting and budgeting to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within financial management systems
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine financial solutions
- Directing teams through complex financial scenarios, demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations
- Initiating coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Modeling professional and technical standards, adhering to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 14 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Leading finance transformation initiatives with a focus on process improvement
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting to drive strategic decision-making
- Managing complex financial systems and reporting for large-scale projects
- Excelling in crafting and conveying clear, impactful financial narratives to stakeholders
