Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Oracle CPQ Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in the Oracle CPQ Cloud platform. The ideal candidate should have experience across CPQ solution design, Commerce process configuration, BML scripting, Redwood UI, Java/SQL, and integrations with CRM, ERP, and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) systems.

The primary focus of this role will be Oracle CPQ, including implementation, technical development, functional configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.

Key ResponsibilitiesOracle CPQ Implementation

- Lead Oracle CPQ implementation activities from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle CPQ solutions.
- Design and configure CPQ processes based on business and commercial requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Oracle CPQ Cloud
- Develop and configure solutions using the Oracle CPQ Cloud platform.
- Design and enhance Commerce processes, workflows, and configuration rules.
- Work with Oracle CPQ Redwood UI and related user experience capabilities.
- Develop and maintain CPQ configurations, rules, templates, and business processes.

BML Development
- Develop and maintain BML (BigMachines Language) scripts.
- Implement complex business logic and validation rules within Oracle CPQ.




- Troubleshoot and optimize existing BML scripts and CPQ configurations.

Integration
- Design and support integrations between Oracle CPQ and external enterprise systems.
- Work with CRM, ERP, and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) systems.
- Support API-based integrations and data flows between Oracle CPQ and connected applications.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable data exchange.

Java & SQL
- Utilize Java and SQL for technical development, troubleshooting, data analysis, and integration requirements.
- Analyze application and database issues and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Support technical investigations involving data, integrations, and application performance.

Application Support
- Provide ongoing technical and functional support for Oracle CPQ applications.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, configuration problems, integration failures, and performance concerns.
- Support application enhancements, maintenance, testing, deployment, and post-release activities.
- Be flexible to support business-critical application requirements when needed.

Required QualificationsOracle CPQ
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ solution design and development.
- Experience with CPQ Redwood UI.
- Strong experience with Commerce process design.
- Hands-on experience with BML scripting.




- Experience leading or significantly contributing to Oracle CPQ implementations.

Technical Skills
- 5+ years of Java experience.
- 5+ years of SQL experience.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM, ERP, and ETO systems.

Functional Skills
- Solid understanding of Configure, Price, Quote processes.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into CPQ configurations and technical solutions.
- Experience with product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, and order-related processes is preferred.

Leadership & Support
- Ability to lead Oracle CPQ implementation activities.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to support application maintenance, enhancements, and production issues.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Model N.
- Experience with Oracle ERP or other enterprise ERP platforms.
- Experience with CRM platforms and enterprise integration environments.
- Experience supporting complex CPQ implementations.
- Oracle CPQ-related certification is an advantage.

Mandatory RequirementsCandidates should have:
- 5+ years of Oracle CPQ Cloud experience.
- Hands-on BML scripting experience.
- Experience with CPQ Redwood UI.
- Experience in Commerce process design.
- 5+ years of Java and SQL experience.
- Experience with complex integrations involving CRM, ERP, and/or ETO systems.
- Experience leading or supporting Oracle CPQ implementation.
- Willingness to provide ongoing application support.
