Key Responsibilities
- Operate plasma processing equipment as per approved SOPs and batch manufacturing instructions.
- Handle plasma processing steps including material transfer, processing, and intermediate handling under controlled conditions.
- Monitor critical process parameters and ensure operations are within defined limits.
- Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks, and equipment usage documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, aseptic practices, and safety guidelines.
- Perform equipment cleaning, preparation, and basic maintenance checks before and after operations.
- Report deviations, process abnormalities, and equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Engineering, and QC teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper segregation, labeling, and handling of materials and intermediates.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production and processing areas.
- Participate in training programs related to plasma processing and GMP compliance.
