About Macro Outsourcing Private LimitedMacro Outsourcing Private Limited (MOPL) is a healthcare business process outsourcing firm supporting US physician practices and ambulatory surgery centers across the full operational stack — not billing alone.
Our service lines include revenue cycle management, provider credentialing and payer enrollment, payer contracting support, eligibility and benefits verification, patient scheduling and referral coordination, clinical support (pre-charting, prior authorization, fax and document management), chronic care and remote monitoring program operations, and compliance and documentation oversight.
We operate as an embedded extension of our clients' practices. Our clients' administrators and physicians deal with us directly, and our reputation rests on measurable performance and clean, defensible documentation.
The RoleWe are hiring a senior Operations Manager to own multi-service delivery across client accounts. This is a broad, hands-on leadership role — you will not be running a single queue. You will be accountable for performance across billing, credentialing, front-office, and clinical support functions simultaneously, and for the quality of what our clients see.
We are specifically looking for someone who already uses AI tools in their daily operational work and can bring that capability to the team.
What You'll OwnRevenue cycle
- AR inventory, aging prioritization, and escalation of high-dollar and timely-filing-risk claims
- Denials run as a daily cohort discipline: what got paid, what will get paid, what was denied or written off, and the dollar value behind each
- Documentation standards on every worked denial — reason, identifiers, action taken, outcome, amount recovered or adjusted
- Root-cause feedback to the internal team, and avoidable-denial reporting back to the client when the cause sits at their front end
Credentialing and payer operations
- Provider credentialing, re-attestation calendars, CAQH/PECOS/payer portal hygiene, and roster accuracy
- Support for payer enrollment,
facility credentialing, and contract and fee schedule analysis
Front office and clinical support
- Eligibility and benefits verification accuracy, scheduling and referral conversion, and no-show/CNS performance
- Clinical support workflows — pre-charting, prior authorization, referral intake, and document handling
Team and process
- Daily productivity and quality standards across all functions, with worklog review, EOD consolidation, and one-on-one coaching
- SOPs, training material, and standardization of what works across accounts rather than leaving it in one person's head
- Client-facing reporting: collections, AR days, denial rate, first-pass resolution, credentialing status, and productivity by rep
AI-enabled operations
- Use AI tools to compress manual work — document and EOB extraction, denial classification, reconciliation, SOP drafting, QA sampling, and reporting
- Write and maintain reusable prompts and workflows the team can run consistently
- Apply judgment about where AI output must be verified before it touches a claim, a chart, or a client deliverable, and enforce PHI-safe usage
What You BringRequired
- 8+ years in US healthcare operations, with at least 4 years managing teams across more than one function
- Depth in revenue cycle — AR follow-up, denial and appeal workflows, EOB/ERA interpretation, CPT/ICD-10 fundamentals, and payer-specific behavior
- Working exposure to at least two of: credentialing and payer enrollment, contracting and fee schedules, eligibility verification, scheduling and referral management, or clinical support workflows
- Experience with US commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid
- Demonstrated practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or equivalent) in operational work — you should be able to describe specific workflows you have built or improved with them
- Practice management and EHR platform fluency
- Advanced Excel — pivots, lookups, building and maintaining trackers and reporting workbooks
- Explicit written and spoken English; able to hold a call with a US physician or practice administrator without a script
- Availability to work US business hours
Preferred
- Gastroenterology, ASC, or surgical specialty experience
- Experience supporting a practice through an ASC or new service line launch
- Chronic care management or remote patient monitoring program operations
- Automation and reporting tooling — Power Query, SQL, Python, or workflow automation platforms
- Working knowledge of HIPAA safeguards and PHI handling in an offshore delivery setting
What Success Looks Like at 90 Days
- You know each assigned account's AR, credentialing, and front-office profile by memory, not by report
- Denial cohorts close daily with complete documentation, and at least one recurring denial cause has been eliminated at the source
- Credentialing and re-attestation dates are current with no surprises
- At least one manual workflow has been meaningfully reduced using AI tooling, with verification steps built in
- Your team's productivity numbers are trustworthy without you reconstructing them
What We Offer
- Compensation — commensurate with experience
- Genuine latitude to adopt new tooling — process improvements here get implemented, not filed
