Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed 3D models and construction drawings for road networks, wet utilities, and site infrastructure using Autodesk Civil 3D.
Interpret and model wet infrastructure systems such as water, sewer, stormwater, and drainage networks.
Collaborate effectively with structural, MEP, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and coordinated design solutions.
Ensure models and drawings adhere to relevant international design standards, codes,

and project specifications.
Manage project-related data, maintain documentation, and adhere to internal quality assurance protocols.
Work independently, taking full ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables.
Support project teams in resolving design interface issues and provide technical input during project execution.
Assist in the preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, compliance documentation, and tender drawings.

Skills




Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in infrastructure and utilities BIM modelling, including roads and underground services.
Proven expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D; knowledge of Bentley OpenRoads is required;

Familiarity with Revit Structure is advantageous.
Robust understanding of civil engineering principles, structural detailing, and construction methodologies.
Experience in preparing working drawings, tender documents, and technical specifications.
Robust knowledge of international design standards and BIM collaboration workflows.

Working Days & Timings:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

1st & 3rd Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
