- KYC and CKYC: Monitor KYC status with CVL and KRA, follow up on rejected and pending cases, and verify and approve CKYC documentation.

- Bank Verification and TPV: Verify bank proofs where validation fails, follow up with investors for missing documentation, and track TPV-pending orders through to release.

- Mandates and SIP: Track mandate linking failures and rejections, raise corrective tasks with the technology team, and escalate incorrect rejections to BSE.

- Transaction Monitoring: Verify payment status across internal systems and BSE,

track rejected orders through to resolution, and ensure pending Portfolio Planner orders are triggered on time.

- Reconciliation: Carry out periodic reconciliation of SIP, UCC and mandate data between internal systems and BSE, investigating and resolving mismatches.

- Error Handling: Action daily error mails relating to KYC failure, UCC pending status, bank validation and transaction failure, and update investors and internal records accordingly.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Follow up with BSE, CVL, Digio, AMCs, RTAs and internal technology teams until closure, logging all operational issues as trackable tasks.

- MIS and Reporting: Maintain operations tracking sheets and prepare periodic MIS on subscriptions and orders using data from internal dashboards and reporting tools.

- Process and Testing Support: Support user acceptance and live testing following platform changes, assist with the implementation of regulatory updates, and support vendor invoice verification.
