Operation & Logistic Specialist (EV Charger)

Role Description

1. This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation & Logistic Specialist based in New Delhi.
2. The specialist will coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory tracking, and warehouse activities to ensure timely, accurate delivery of charging solutions and related equipment.
3. The role involves working with internal teams and external partners to plan distribution schedules, optimize transport routes, and resolve operational issues.
4. The specialist will monitor and analyze operational data, prepare reports, and support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Additional responsibilities include supporting after-sales logistics, maintaining documentation for compliance and certifications, and collaborating with sales and project teams to align logistics capacity with customer and project needs.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, track KPIs, and support continuous process improvement.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and customers, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Sales support skills to collaborate with sales teams on order planning, delivery commitments, and customer logistics requirements.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee day-to-day logistics workflows, inventory control, and distribution planning.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to support implementation of new logistics initiatives, system rollouts, and cross-functional operational projects.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations within manufacturing, energy, or technology sectors is beneficial.
- Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
