Key Roles & Responsibilities
To drive the Agency in Digital Office locations for Non health Business.
To monitor and drive Agency business of DO locations through:

Agency Recruitment

Agent Activation

Agent Productivity

Agent Engagement Matrix
To drive the key agency matrix and uniformed practices across Digital Office (DO) locations
Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans
Driving renewals as per target

Key Requirements – Education & Certification
Graduate /Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing
Expert skills on MS office
Health Insurance domain knowledge

Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
Valuable communication skills
Go getter.
Team player with cross functional workplace
