Key Roles & Responsibilities
To drive the Bancassurance HDFC Bank (Emerging Markert) business in Digital Office locations for Health,
Motor and other business
To monitor and drive below verticals of HDFC Bank B1-Home Loan , B2-Auto Loan, B4-Branch Banking
PL/BL/GL/BBG/EEG/Payments
Drive the key Bancassurance matrix and uniformed practices across Digital Office (DO) locations
Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
Handle a team of Sales Managers
Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans
Driving renewals as per target
Key Requirements – Education & Certification
Graduate with computer skills
Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
Valuable communication skills
