Role Description The OBC Operations Executive is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune City, with a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role focuses on coordinating time-critical onboard courier (OBC) shipments, including booking routes, monitoring transit status, and ensuring timely delivery across domestic and international locations. The OBC Operations Executive will manage daily communication with clients, couriers, airlines, and internal teams, provide shipment updates,



and handle escalations to maintain service quality.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing shipment documentation, assisting with customs and regulatory requirements, and updating internal systems with accurate operational data. The role also involves analyzing operational performance, supporting process improvements, and contributing to safe, efficient, and customer-centric logistics operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Operations and Operations Management skills to handle end-to-end OBC workflows, scheduling, and coordination.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to track shipments, interpret data, resolve issues, and support decision-making.
- Relevant experience in logistics, courier services, or supply chain operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and operational software; familiarity with air freight and customs processes is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
