Job Title: OAC Developer

Work timings : 3 PM to 11 PM IST

Required:

5–8 years of overall relevant experience.

- Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, visualizations, and analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of data visualization and analytics concepts.
- Ability to work with business requirements and convert them into effective OAC solutions.

2. Digital Visualization
- Strong experience creating interactive and visually engaging dashboards.
- Experience with charts, graphs, KPIs, filters, drill-downs, and interactive visual elements.
- Strong understanding of data storytelling and presenting complex information in a simple manner.
- Ability to select appropriate visualization techniques based on business requirements.

3. UI/UX – Robust Requirement
- Strong hands-on UI/UX design experience.
- Good understanding of usability, user journeys, information architecture, layout, navigation, and interaction design.
- Ability to create clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX tools is preferred.

Experience & Qualifications

- Candidates with fewer years of experience can be considered if they have strong hands-on expertise in the required areas.
- Proven experience in OAC + Digital Visualization + UI/UX.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.





Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) & Digital Visualization Specialist with strong expertise in UI/UX design and data visualization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing visually engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly analytics dashboards and digital experiences using Oracle Analytics Cloud.

While 6–8 years of experience is preferred, candidates with fewer years of experience may also be considered if they demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in OAC, digital visualization, and UI/UX.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Translate business requirements and data into meaningful, visually compelling digital experiences.
- Create intuitive dashboards, reports, charts, KPIs, and interactive visualizations.
- Apply strong UI/UX principles to ensure dashboards and applications are user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, data teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective visualization solutions.
- Design layouts, navigation, information hierarchy, filters, drill-downs, and other interactive elements to improve user experience.
- Analyze existing dashboards and recommend improvements to usability, visual design, and overall user experience.
- Ensure consistency in visual design, usability, and presentation across digital analytics solutions.
- Troubleshoot visualization and dashboard issues and continuously improve performance and usability.
- Stay current with emerging trends in digital visualization, analytics, UI/UX, and dashboard design.
