Role Overview:-

We are looking for a hands-on Nursery Manager to oversee plant production, plant quality maintenance, and nursery operations optimisation across partner nurseries. This is a 100% field role involving daily nursery visits and close coordination with growers/vendors.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Monitor plant production and daily nursery operations.
- Ensure plant quality standards, health, and maintenance.
- Identify and resolve issues related to pests, watering, nutrition, and plant care.
- Optimise nursery processes, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency.
- Maintain regular reporting and coordination with internal teams and nursery partners.

Requirements:-

- 0–2 years of experience in horticulture, nursery operations, or agriculture.
- Basic knowledge of plant care and nursery management.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and on-ground execution.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
