Salary: ₹1.00 – ₹1.25 Lakh per Month (In-Hand)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the development of new FMCG/perfumery products from concept to launch.
- Lead the complete New Product Development lifecycle and coordinate with R&D;, Marketing, Production and other teams.
- Monitor project timelines, development progress and ensure timely product launches.
- Ensure products meet international/client quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Research international market trends and identify opportunities for innovative, competitive and sustainable products.
- Lead and mentor the NPD team to achieve development objectives.

Desired Profile
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in FMCG/perfumery or a similar product development environment.




- Strong experience in New Product Development and team leadership.
- Mature, energetic and creative personality with excellent communication skills.
- Preferably from the FMCG industry.
- International market exposure will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferable.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.

Qualification
- Preferably Mechanical Engineer or equivalent technical qualification.

Note: Candidates with relevant experience in FMCG/perfumery product development and international market exposure will be preferred.
