Job Title: NPD Manager – Cosmetics/ FMCG

Location: Vile Parle (E), Mumbai

Experience: 8 Years

Workdays: Monday–Friday Saturday Half Day

Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

- Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) from concept to launch.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Marketing and Production teams for timely product development.
- Manage product development projects, timelines, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Research international market trends and develop cutting-edge, competitive and sustainable products.
- Lead and mentor the NPD team and ensure smooth project execution.
- Preferably experienced in FMCG / Cosmetics / Perfumery industry with international market exposure.
- AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.

Qualification: Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech In Mechanical Engineer
