Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, focused on both hiring and coordinating partners for future business development and diversification. The role involves identifying and recruiting suitable personnel to support organizational growth, collaborating with internal teams to define staffing needs, and managing end-to-end hiring processes. The position also requires mapping potential partner organizations,



initiating and maintaining strategic relationships, and coordinating with partners to explore new business avenues, product lines, and market segments.

Day-to-day tasks include market research, partner evaluation, scheduling and leading meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, and tracking business development initiatives. The role contributes directly to the expansion of Mount’s partner network and diversification strategy while ensuring alignment with company goals and operational standards.

Qualifications

- Business development and partnership management skills, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and nurture strategic alliances.
- Recruitment and talent acquisition experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes for diverse roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities for effectively engaging partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical and market research skills to assess industry trends, new business opportunities, and potential diversification areas.
- Organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple initiatives, track progress, and meet timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, building materials, or industrial infrastructure sectors is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru South, with readiness for field visits, partner meetings, and occasional travel as required.
