Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Networking Engineer to join our team. This role demands a deep understanding of network infrastructure, along with hands-on expertise in Wi-Fi technologies, including Ruckus, Cambium Networks, and MikroTik equipment. The ideal candidate should possess a proficiency level equivalent to or exceeding CCNA, with proven experience in network troubleshooting, maintenance, and configuration.

Required Qualifications

- Education: BE, BTech, MCA, MTech, BCA, BSc Computers, MSc computers and BCOM with computers
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in network engineering or a related field.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of networking principles (OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).
- Proficiency in WiFi networking concepts and best practices.
- Expertise in network troubleshooting tools and techniques.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience in network configuration and management.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
- Basic knowledge of scripting or automation to optimize network tasks.

Soft Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.

Must Requirements

- Must be willing to work in a fixed USA Day shift, including weekends.
- Must be skilled in outbound customer calls and handling inbound calls from field techs and CS agents.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in configuring, deploying, and managing WiFi networks using Ruckus, Cambium Networks, and MikroTik equipment.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
- Support senior network engineers in maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points.

Network Configuration

- Participate in the setup and configuration of network devices.




- Implement network security measures and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Conduct routine network maintenance and updates.

Network Protocols

- Maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedural documentation.
- Assist in preparing network performance reports and analysis.

User Support

- Provide technical support to end-users experiencing network issues.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve network-related problems promptly.

Continuous Learning

- Stay updated with the latest developments in networking technologies and best practices.
- Pursue relevant certifications and training opportunities.

Work Environment

- Shifts: 9-hour shifts with rotational changes every month.
- The various shifts timings are: 6.00PM IST to 3.00AM IST and 7.30pm IST to 4.30am IST. (Change in shift timings are subject to as per client demand.)
