Key Responsibilities:

- System & Network Administration: Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot company networks, servers, and IT infrastructure.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- System Design & Architecture: Design, configure, and implement new IT systems, ensuring they meet company requirements and industry best practices.
- Security Management: Oversee and ensure the security of company networks and data. Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, and other protective measures.
- Project Management: Lead and execute IT-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:



Work closely with various teams to ensure IT systems support the organization’s needs.
- Disaster Recovery & Backup Solutions: Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans and backup systems to ensure business continuity.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, network configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in the infrastructure and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Broadcast IT support: Knowledge of Broadcast IT Automation and NRCS

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or systems engineering.
- Knowledge of systems administration (Windows Server, Linux, etc.), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud computing platforms (Azure).
- Robust experience with network design, management, and troubleshooting (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Proficient in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
- Experience with security practices and tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, endpoint security).
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
