Role Summary

We are looking for a Murex L2 Support & Python Developer with 5+ years of experience in production support, Python development, SQL, and Linux administration. The candidate will support critical financial applications, automate operational processes, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system stability across environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 production support for Murex applications and interfaces.
- Develop Python scripts for monitoring, automation, and error handling.
- Create and maintain SQL reports and data extraction scripts.
- Manage and support Linux servers and batch processes.
- Investigate incidents, perform RCA, and implement fixes.
- Monitor application performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and development teams.

Required Skills





- 5+ years of experience in Murex Application Support.
- Strong Python development and automation experience.
- Good knowledge of Linux administration and Shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of derivatives products and trade lifecycle.
- Experience in L2 production support and incident management.
- Git/version control experience.

- Data Lake reporting experience.
- Azure/AWS cloud exposure.
- Financial services domain expertise.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
