Total Experience Required: 12 - 15 years

Travel Required: Yes, on need based

Position reporting: Deputy General Manager

Education Essential & Preferred: Any Engg. Graduate / MBA with 12 + years’ experience in Industrial Consumables, Consumer durables such as Hardware, Paint, Adhesives or furnishing etc. background.

To generate requirement for the product by meeting perspective client and discussing with them about the product, its quality and benefits.
Relationship management with key Customers / Dealers.
Recent Market Development | Good knowledge of marketing activities such as scheme, loyalty programs, Marketing Apps.
Selling current products/Current products for recent application by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends & results.




Meet sales and collection targets on monthly basis.
To understand customer requirements with respect to product and service and ensure same is met in co-ordination with plant, factory and distribution team to ensure timely dispatch.
MIS & Budgeting | Quotation & Negotiation Planning.
Keeping close watch on Competitors activities.
Managing, Guiding and Training to existing team and also build team for effective coverage of the territory.
