As an Associate in IT Infrastructure Managed Services, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional client support within our Technology Consulting practice. You will engage in cloud operations, contributing to the seamless management and optimization of infrastructure services. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, enhancing their IT environments and driving operational efficiency.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, building acumen to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing ambiguity, asking questions, and using these challenges as opportunities for growth.

you will leverage your adaptability and reliability to support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks. You will develop basic skills and knowledge, respond effectively to diverse perspectives, and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate recent ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities

- Supporting cloud infrastructure operations and client support initiatives
- Assisting in the administration and optimization of cloud-based services
- Participating in cloud migration and performance optimization projects
- Engaging in troubleshooting and resolving cloud computing issues
- Collaborating with teams to enhance cloud service delivery and strategy
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud operations
- Implementing cloud infrastructure architecture design and management
- Monitoring infrastructure performance using tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk
- Contributing to cloud compliance and security measures
- Providing technical consultation and support for cloud infrastructure management

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
