Role / KRAs:

As a part of the travel team, the incumbent will work on ticketing & reservations, travel coordination and cancellation etc.

Air Travel itinerary planning and booking well in time as per the policy of Company for internal customers of company.

Booking of hotels and cabs for travelers and key cities in India and abroad.

Responsible for timely and full communication about the travel arrangements to internal customers.

Timely, thorough and accurate processing of the invoices of travel agents and hotels etc.

Coordination with vendors, airlines and travel agents, including the travel implants and processing of their invoices





Overall responsibility of giving a positive travel experience to internal customers.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors / Masters in Travel and Tourism

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Displays high energy and complete ownership. Must be able to work in a quick-paced work environment without time constraints.

1- 3 years of work experience
