Skills and Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience of 8 to 12 years as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a multinational companies.
• Solid experience in HR principles, practices, and employment laws across multiple regions.
