UST is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to lead development of intelligent AI agents and RAG-based applications. The role focuses on production-grade GenAI systems and advanced Copilot Studio agent capabilities.

- Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

- Architect and implement RAG pipelines using external knowledge sources
- Design, develop, and deploy custom AI agents for autonomous decision-making and task execution
- Implement complex algorithms for developing and optimizing generative AI models
- Manage data pipelines for preprocessing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation
- Ensure data cleaning, labeling, and structuring for generative AI workflows
- Design advanced Copilot Studio Agent Builder skills
- Develop custom plugins and adaptive orchestration across AI skills and APIs
- Manage contextual memory and dynamic prompt engineering
- Build multi-turn agents that chain AI skills and APIs
- Configure message, data, scheduled, and webhook triggers
- Design workflows for task automation
- Create logical and scalable flows for complex business processes
- Use built-in connectors to integrate enterprise apps and services





Additional Responsibilities

- Demonstrate advanced programming expertise in Python
- Support and promote UST values
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Roles and responsibilities may be redefined periodically based on organizational requirements or performance
