Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- - Main responsibility includes assisting in executing the project design, construction details and managing issues on site.

- Acquire design awareness and design culture in the team.

- Maintain thorough communication with Sr. Architects and Sr. Technicians in the team.

- Understand the importance of time and work efficiently on deadlines & under pressure.

- Maintain communication links between the team and other departments like (‘Liaison’, ‘Clients’, ‘Support’ )

- Undertake all duties under ISO standards and MIS systems suitable as per the job title.

- Attend regular training sessions and apply the gained knowledge.

- Engage in innovation and research using the internet and other sources.





- Update architectural knowledge from periodicals and other subscriptions.

- Remain sensitive about maintaining the Company image and culture internally and externally

- Use company resources in a responsible manner.

Essential Competencies:

- - Excellent CAD skills

- Excellent communication skills – written and spoken English

- Keen attention to detail

- Eager to learn and develop current skills

- Respect for Company virtues such as honesty, punctuality and sincerity

- Flexibility in attitude with the main focus on Company success

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop & or any 3D modelling tool
