Job Title: Structural BIM Modeler

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed structural BIM models for various projects.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate structural designs into overall project models.
Ensure all BIM models adhere to relevant building codes, standards, and project specifications.
Coordinate model exchanges with different project stakeholders, including MEP and architectural teams.
Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
Review and optimize existing structural designs in BIM for accuracy, constructability, and efficiency.
Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM-related processes.

Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for structural systems.
Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Solid understanding of structural design principles, construction processes, and material behavior.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to structural design.
