Job Purpose - Manage operational activities across branches and ensure adherence to policies, TAT, audit, and compliance standards.
Key operational responsibilities
Monitor daily branch operational activities.
Review documentation and operational controls.
Ensure timely processing of disbursement, renewal, and closure requests.
Track operational MIS and productivity reports.
Coordinate with audit, risk, and compliance teams.
Support resolution of customer escalations.
Monitor branch-level discrepancies and exceptions.
Conduct process training for branch teams.
Skills Required -
Robust operational and analytical skills.
Knowledge of gold loan lifecycle management.
Team coordination and process management.
MIS reporting and audit handling capability.
