We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who has hands-on experience hiring for both Tech and Non-Tech roles in product-based companies. The ideal candidate is someone who can own end-to-end recruitment and bring creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job portals.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer rolloutPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelinesSource candidates through:Job portals, LinkedInTech communities (GitHub, Stack Overflow, Discord, etc.)Referrals and niche platformsBuild solid pipelines for Engineering, Product, Sales, and Business rolesScreen, evaluate, and shortlist candidatesDrive candidate experience and engagementManage offer negotiations and closuresMaintain recruitment MIS and tracking
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in Talent AcquisitionExperience in product-based / SaaS / startup environmentsStrong exposure to tech hiring (Developers, QA, Product)Experience in non-tech hiring (Sales, Marketing, Ops)Solid sourcing skills, including:GitHub hiringCommunity hiringPassive talent mappingAbility to work in a rapid-paced, high-growth environmentExcellent communication & stakeholder management
