– MES Consultant (Apriso / Siemens Opcenter) – Automotive

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced MES Consultant with expertise in DELMIA Apriso and/or Siemens Opcenter to lead MES implementations and digital manufacturing initiatives for automotive clients. The candidate should have solid knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes, MES solution design, integration, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead MES implementation and enhancement projects using Apriso and/or Siemens Opcenter.

Gather business requirements and translate them into MES solutions.

Configure and customize MES modules such as Production, Quality, Traceability, Work Instructions, and OEE.

Integrate MES with SAP ERP, PLM, SCADA, PLCs, and other shop-floor systems.

Support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production support activities.

Collaborate with business, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to drive process improvements.





Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

8–10 years of experience in MES/Manufacturing IT.

Hands-on experience with DELMIA Apriso and/or Siemens Opcenter Execution Discrete.

Good understanding of automotive manufacturing processes (Assembly, Body Shop, Paint Shop, Powertrain).

Experience with MES-ERP integration, preferably SAP.

Knowledge of SQL, APIs/Web Services, and manufacturing system architecture.

Familiarity with ISA-95 and Industry 4.0 concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.

Experience working with Automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
