Overview

We are seeking a agile and experienced Merchandiser Manager to oversee the complete product lifecycle of soft plush products. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively coordinate with various teams to ensure timely execution, cost optimization, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the product lifecycle from concept development to final shipment for soft plush products.
- Collaborate closely with buyers, design, sourcing, production, planning, quality, and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely execution of product deliveries while optimizing costs and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Handle buyer interactions and maintain strong relationships to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Oversee product development processes, including costing, sourcing, and production coordination.
- Prepare and manage export documentation as required.




- Stay updated on international toy safety standards (EN71, ASTM, etc.) and ensure compliance in product development.

Qualifications

- Experience: 8–10 years of merchandising experience in soft toys, plush products, home textiles, or similar manufacturing industries.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of plush materials, costing, sourcing, and production processes.
- Hands-on experience in product development and buyer handling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with international toy safety standards is an added advantage.
