– Technical Lead (Full Stack)
Role: Technical Lead – Full Stack
Experience: 6–8 Years
Location: Powai, Mumbai (In office, 6 Days/Week)
Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with robust Full Stack development experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS/GCP. You will lead system architecture, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive end-to-end technical delivery while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams in a fast-paced startup workplace.
Key Requirements
6–8 years of Full Stack development experience, including 2+ years as a Tech Lead.
Strong expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS/GCP.
Experience in system architecture, code reviews, and technical leadership.
Ability to mentor engineers and deliver scalable solutions.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
