Key Responsibilities
Process ticket reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and qualified manner
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling procedures
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely departures




Handle cash and credit card transactions in accordance with company policies
Maintain accurate records and reports of ticketing transactions
Keep up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and industry trends
Adhere to all safety and security regulations at all times
Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and targets Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
