We are looking for a motivated and confident Medical Representative (MR) to join our team in South Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our healthcare/Ayurvedic products, developing relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, and driving product awareness and sales in the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work, meeting doctors and healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals regularly.
- Promote and explain company products to doctors and relevant healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and clinics.
- Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits effectively.
- Collect market feedback regarding products, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with doctors, pharmacies, and other customers.
- Manage daily field visits and maintain visit reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, stock, and customer requirements.
- Participate in promotional activities, health camps, and marketing campaigns when required.




- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the assigned area.

What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience as a Medical Representative / Field Sales Executive is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with professional body language.
- Strong convincing and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone-based reporting.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic / healthcare products will be an added advantage.
