- Meta Ads / Facebook Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Google Ads

What You'll Do

As a Paid Media Associate, you'll be responsible for helping launch, manage, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include

- Launching and managing paid advertising campaigns
- Monitoring campaign performance and key KPIs
- Analyzing CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS and conversion data
- Testing different creatives, audiences, angles and campaign structures
- Identifying winning campaigns and scaling profitable traffic
- Troubleshooting and optimizing underperforming campaigns
- Working closely with media buyers, affiliate managers and creative teams
- Researching new angles, offers and opportunities
- Maintaining accurate campaign reporting and performance tracking
- Continuously testing and improving campaign performance

What We're Looking ForRequired
- 1+ year of hands-on paid advertising experience




- Experience running campaigns on at least one of:
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Google Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn, test and adapt quickly
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following verticals is strongly preferred:

- Lead Generation
- Bizop
- E-commerce
- Nutra
- Affiliate Marketing
- Direct Response Marketing

Hands-on affiliate marketing experience is a major advantage.

Work Structure

This is a 7-day working role designed for candidates who are serious about building a career in performance marketing.

The majority of the work will be performed remotely from home.

In addition, team members will attend 8 in-person meetings per month, with each meeting lasting approximately 3 hours. These meetings will take place at mutually agreed meeting rooms/locations and will be used for strategy, training, campaign reviews, brainstorming and team collaboration.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is hungry to learn, comfortable with numbers, and focused on performance.

You don't need to know everything. However, you should already have hands-on experience buying traffic and understand the fundamentals of:

Testing → Analyzing → Optimizing → Scaling

If you've already worked with Lead Gen, Bizop, E-commerce, Nutra or other affiliate offers, you'll be a strong fit for this position.
