Founding Mechanical Engineer | Zerowings Aerospace ?

? Bangalore | Full time | 2–3 years / Exceptional freshers

Zerowings Aerospace is building next-generation autonomous UAV platforms for maritime, industrial, and defence applications.

What you'll work on

- UAV airframe & mechanical subsystem design
- CAD, detailed part design & production drawings
- Structural, modal & basic CFD/FEA analysis
- Composite, aluminium & 3D-printed prototypes
- Ground testing, flight testing & design iteration
- Vendor coordination, fabrication & manufacturing

What we're looking for

- Strong mechanical design & structural fundamentals
- Proficiency in Fusion 360 or SolidWorks
- Hands-on experience building and testing hardware
- Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, or exceptional practical experience
- Freshers with strong aeromodelling, SAE Aero Design, DBF or similar projects are welcome
- Experience with composites, GD&T;, DFM/DFA or ANSYS is a plus

? CTC: ₹12.2 LPA (including ESOPs)
