Job Responsibilities

Design and develop components, assemblies, and tooling related to Ball Bearings.

Prepare and modify 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.

Work on bearing components such as rings, balls, cages, seals, and related assemblies.

Develop new designs and modify existing designs as per customer and production requirements.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, R&D;, and Manufacturing teams for design implementation.

Prepare BOM, engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation.

Analyze design feasibility, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Support NPD (Current Product Development) and continuous improvement activities.

Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing and provide technical solutions.





Ensure designs comply with required quality and engineering standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Mandatory: Experience in Ball Bearing / Bearing Manufacturing Industry.

Good knowledge of Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Processes.

Proficiency in SolidWorks / AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.

Knowledge of GD&T;, tolerance, fits, and engineering drawings.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates having hands-on experience in Ball Bearing / Roller Bearing manufacturing, bearing components, NPD, or bearing design will be preferred.

Note: Candidates without relevant Ball Bearing / Bearing Industry experience will not be considered.
