About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US Tax Manager – Real Estate to join our growing India team. This is a high-impact role involving direct interaction with U.S. CPAs and clients, with strong exposure to advisory, leadership, and decision-making. The position offers a clear path to leadership within a global firm.

Key Responsibility:
Lead and manage end-to-end U.S. tax engagements for real estate clients
Perform final review of tax returns, including Forms 1065, 1120S, 1120, and high-income 1040s
Handle real estate partnerships, pass-through entities, and investor reporting
Review investor K-1s and manage complex multi-state tax matters
Act as a primary point of contact for U.S. CPAs and clients
Drive tax planning and advisory initiatives
Manage, mentor, and supervise a team of 3–5 team members
Ensure quality control, timelines, and compliance across deliverables




Identify process improvements and enhance team efficiency

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in U.S. taxation
Robust expertise in Form 1065 (Real Estate Partnerships)
Experience in final review of 1120S, 1120, and 1040 returns
Robust knowledge of multi-state taxation and K-1 review
Prior experience working with U.S. CPA firms
Proven experience in handling clients independently
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
CPA (US) or EA (Enrolled Agent) – Mandatory

Work Timing
Flexible work schedule
Partial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time required
