Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand needs, pain points, and behaviors.
Translate findings into personas, journey maps, and user flows.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and user experiences.
Apply UX best practices and accessibility standards to all designs.
Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system and style guide.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, data insights, and usability testing.
Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a UX Designer (2–5 years recommended)



with a solid portfolio of digital products.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
Robust understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Ability to conduct and synthesize user research into actionable insights.
Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to present and justify design decisions.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Familiarity with UI design and visual design principles.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
Interest in emerging areas like AI-driven UX, conversational interfaces, or agentic AI-driven user flows.
