Position: KYC Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented KYC Executive to join our team at a leading stock broking company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing KYC operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting account opening processes.

Location:
S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad

Salary:
Up to ₹3 LPA

Experience:
Minimum 1 year in the stock broking industry

Qualification:
Preferred: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or MBA

Responsibilities:
Process online and offline account openings efficiently and accurately.
Verify offline KYC forms and associated documentation for completeness.




Handle daily account modifications and resolve KYC queries with Authorized Personnel (AP).
Ensure compliance with UCC, KRA, CKYC, and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare and organize data for audits and inspections.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KYC regulations and industry practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in KYC documentation.
Monitor the accuracy of data entry and rectify errors promptly.
Track and report progress on KYC-related tasks to management.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance KYC efficiency.
