:
Reviewing accounts to identify the accuracy of applied perks for servicemembers and their dependentd who are entitled to SCRA advantages. This includes active - duty servicemembers as well as activated National Guard and Reserve members. These reviews will include - reviewing SCRA refund amounts of accuracy, reviewing member account notations, reviewing application of SCRA law.

Provide assistance in regualtory exams related to checker role and large sacle remediation efforts(if applicable).

Work directlhy with Speciality Servicing CoE SCRA team members as a subject matter expert, including but not limited to procedures, tools, and trainings.

Responsible for maintaining accurate records of audit and escalating any failed audits to senior management within the Speciality Servicing CoE.

Continuously reviewing and improving SCRA compliance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in providing advantages to eligible servicemembers while mitigating risks fo the bank.

US mortgage/US banking experience (should be aware of US rules and regulations)

US shifts – 5PM – 3AM and permanent Work from Office.
